Symptoms
An error when adding function Applicant Hire and Rehire to a responsibility.
ERROR

The HR Person attached to your FND_USER does not have a valid workflow role. Please contact your system administrator.

The HR Person attached to your FND_USER does not have a valid workflow role. Please contact your system administrator.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From System Administrator responsibility => application => menu
2. Create menu and add “Applicant Hire and Rehire” function.
3. Security => responsibility => Define => create new “FreyTel Applicant Hire and Rehire” responsibility.
4. Then assign this responsibility to user.
5. Open Responsibility and the error is reported.
