Symptoms

Unable to complete successfully Concurrent Program"Payroll Report (Create File-Tax Withheld Report)" with the following error.

REP-1401: 'cf_assactformulula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_JP_WIC_PKG", line 3612
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_JP_WIC_PKG", line 3978
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_JP_WIC_PKG", line 4186

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Run Concurrent "JP Year End Adjustment"

  2.  Run Concurrent "Japan, Create Payroll Data for use in Reporting Form"
     
  3.  Run Concurrent "Payroll Report (Create File-Tax Withheld Report) (Multiple Languages)"
