Symptoms

The From column in HR workflow FYI notification is showing 'Please Enter'

The HR workflow FYI notification has a column 'From' is showing 'Please Enter' which is incorrect. It should show the name of a Supervisor or SYSADMIN.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a Self Service Transaction.

2. A FYI notification shows under the Worklists
    The 'From' column in HR workflow FYI notification is showing 'Please enter' (Expecting to see SYSADMIN)
