Symptoms

Burden lines are not generated using the PASDUC_BURDEN: PRC: Create and Distribute Burden Transactions process for items reversed after the original is imported into Projects via the interface table.  These adjusting items have the COST_BURDEN_DISTRIBUTED_FLAG = X.
 
The original record is brought in from an external instance, but the remaining adjustment happen in Projects.
