Symptoms

When attempting to upload journals from Desktop Integrator Responsibility, the following error occurs

ERROR

Fatal error : please have your system administrator view the bne.log file.
java.io.FileNotFoundException:...... bneo1qULzQf.xlsx (No such file or directory)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into Desktop Integrator
2. Select Create Document using General Ledger Integrator
3. Enter Details and select upload
