On : 12.2.4 version, Purchase Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Charge account section is not loaded in Requisitions from Buyer Work Center. System shows loading icon

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Buyer should be able to see the charge account details in Buyer Work Center

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate Buyer Work Center
3. Requisitions> Details > Charge Account is not loaded
4. System is showing Loading icon

After setting FND: Enable Rich Table Interactions to False, Following Exception is shown

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.AttrValException: JBO-27019: Get method for attribute "TaskNum" in ChargeAccountsVO could not be resolved.
