Charge account section is not loaded for Requisitions in BWC and Error JBO-27019: Get method for attribute TaskNum when FND: Enable Rich Table Interactions is set to False

Symptoms
Charge account section is not loaded in Requisitions from Buyer Work Center. System shows loading icon.
STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login to Purchasing Responsibility
2. Navigate Buyer Work Center
3. Requisitions> Details > Charge Account is not loaded
4. System is showing Loading icon
After setting FND: Enable Rich Table Interactions to False, Following Exception is shown
Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.AttrValException: JBO-27019: Get method for attribute "TaskNum" in ChargeAccountsVO could not be resolved.

Another symptom for this issue:
1. Navigate to Responsiblility : Iprocurement
2. Approver Worklist
3. View Requisition Details :Click Details
4. Approver Clicks Show Additional Information to view the Charge code and the attachments added to the requisition line
