Symptoms
Create Accounting ends in warning with the following message:
95937: There are either non-accountable events existing in the system, or events which could not be processed because no data could be found on
transaction objects. Please enable the profile option SLA: Enable Diagnostics,create accounting again, and run the report Transaction Objects

The accounting log file shows the specific events:
The following REVERSAL events could not be processed. The event/process status is U/U:
Note: this warning may be ignored for any events whose ledger is a cash-basis ledger

The first accounting event is for a Payment Cancellation event on a check was never cleared.
The second accounting event is for a Payment Clearing on a different check.
Accounting for payments is done at CLEARING ONLY. This means that the PAYMENT CREATED event is set to N/P because accounting entries are only created at clearing time.
