Symptoms

When attempting to unreserve funds for a budget, the following error occurs; the first journal may un-reserve correctly, then all the other journals in the same batch throw error.

ERROR:
CONTROL unreserve_funds procedure raised unhandled exception
FRM-40735: WHEN-BUTTON-PRESSED trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403.
