OFCCP Updated Form 305 - Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability Effective May 2020

After applying HR 2020 Annual Statutory Update (31578999) the LOV on the Self Service page is not the same as the LOV on the medical tab of Oracle HR.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. PERWSHRG
People > Enter and Maintain >  Query employee > Medical tab

Yes, I have a Disability (or Previously had a Disability)
No, I do not have a Disability
I don't Wish to Answer


2. Employee Self-Service > Disclosure Disability Status

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability
Form CC-305

Bottom of : US Person Disability Form
Yes, I Have A Disability, Or Have A History/Record Of Having A Disability
No, I Don't Have A Disability, Or A History/Record Of Having A Disability
I Don't Wish To Answer
