After database upgrade to 19c - Querying Item from Simple Search ADF page and get to see first level components results in Page spinning and halts there for hours..

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect the simple search page to return data quickly

STEPS
Query Item from Simple search and click on the item to see item details:
>> Click on configuration tab.
>> Click on first level components
>> Page keeps on Spinning for hours and does not take to the next page. This is after DB upgrade to 19c.
>> None of the actions work once you click on first level components. The only button or action that works is “Logout”
