Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting to update the Appraisal Template, the following error occurs.

Exception Details.
oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.NoSuchMethodError, msg=org.owasp.validator.html.CleanResults.getErrorMessages()Ljava/util/ArrayList;

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login with HR Professional responsibility
  2.  Navigate to Manage Appraisal Template
  3.  Search for the template
  4.  Click Update icon
  5.  Error occurs when clicking Apply button
