Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Inventory Transactions
When getting historical on hand quantity by summing material transactions, an incorrect quantity is calculated for secondary unit of measure.
Issue appears because of residual quantity transactions adjusting secondary quantity after primary lot quantity is equal to 0.
