ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Mass move of positions overriding people group segments with null

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Mass move of position should not override the people group segments with null

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Go to Responsibility: HRMS Manager
   Menu: Positions > Mass Move
2. Enter Source organization and Target Organization
3. Click on position Button.  Enter source position and target position
4. select the assignment and execute
5. People group segment reset to null
