Symptoms

Problem Statement:

Hrglobal fails loadng

Uploading from the data file /xxx/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_za/pezautable.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/xxx/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyusertable.lct(120.5.12020000.10), /xxx/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_za/pezautable.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /xxx/EBSapps/appl/pay/12.0.0/patch/115/import/pyusertable.lct(120.5.12020000.10) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /xxx/EBSapps/appl/per/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/loc_za/pezautable.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (PAY_USER_TABLES ZA Medical Aid Table Model ZA , PAY_USER_TABLES ZA_WSP_SKILLS_PRIORITIES ZA ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
Error loading seed data for PAY_USER_ROWS_F: B_USER_TABLE_NAME = ZA_SARS_CODE_BALANCES, B_LEGISLATION_CODE = ZA, USER_TABLE_NAME = ZA_SARS_CODE_BALANCES, B_LEGISLATION_CODE = ZA, ORA-20001: HR_72033_CANNOT_DNC_RECORD:

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Apply patch:31300910(ZA: NEW SARS CODES INTRODUCED BY BRS V19.0 TO 19.3)
  2.  Apply hrglobal
  3.  Worker job fails loading pezautable.ldt
