APP-FND-00699: THE VALUE FV.US.GLOBAL IN THE CONTEXT FIELD FOR RECEIPTS

Symptoms
Federal Financials support ON-ACC during receipt creation only, not during application on prepayments.
There was no functionality available to copy the Federal GDF to the prepayment application.
Projects created a new bug for this functionality:
<Bug 31776479> - APPLY RECEIPT - AGREEMENTS IS NOT COPYING THE GDF VALUES FROM ON THE PREPAYMENT
After the patch, apply Receipt from agreements form is copying the GDF values and DFF on the prepayment activity for the AR Receipt. But after the Receipt is queried from the Receipts Form, clicking the DFF Field gives the following error:
APP-FND-00699: The value "FV.US.GLOBAL" in the context field "Context Value"
is invalid in the descriptive flexfield "JG_AR_RECEIVABLE_APPLICATIONS".
Please choose a valid value.

Valid values are restricted by the WHERE clause .............
