AGIS: Advanced Global Intercompany System

Symptoms

When trying to add or update a Intercompany Receivables/Payables account in our Advanced Global Intercompany System (AGIS) setup, the following error occurs:

ERROR

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) Intercompany SuperUser Responsibility > Setup > Accounting > Intercompany Accounts
2. Query the legal entity and ledger.
3. Attempt to add or update an account and click Apply. Error occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update AGIS accounting.
