Symptoms

Attempting to enter a manual journal produces the following error:

APP-JL-62590: Please enter a Third Party Id (IDENTIFIER_TYPE=) (IDENTIFIER=Third Party Id) (ADD_TEXT=)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. (N) GL Responsibility > Journals > Enter
2. Enter journal header information. When adding first journal line data, the Colombian localization Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) attempts to load and produces the error.

Changes

Attempting to enable Latin America (LAD) Colombian localization for one set of books (SOB)/ledger.
