This note explains how to solve the following error when upgrading, when running the respective scripts:

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

FAILED: file zxgeotoratesmi41.sql on worker 1.
FAILED: file zxgeotoratesmi41.sql on worker 3.
ATTENTION: Please fix the above failed worker(s) so the manager can continue.
