Symptoms

Material transaction distribution does not consider extended currency precision.

For example,
1) Exchange Rate 1 SGD = 5000 IDR
2) Standard Currency Precision = 2 and Extended Currency Precision = 5
3) Transaction Value = 2 IDR and it is converted to 0 SGD


Expectation is that 2 IDR = .0004 SGD
