Users are trying to modify periods in General Ledger (GL) and cannot due to the error APP-SQLGL-08044: You can only modify periods that have never been used.

When trying to run PRC: Delete PA Periods the periods the user is trying to modify in GL do not appear in the 'Delete From Period' List of Values (LOV).

Why does PRC: Delete PA Periods not have any of the current period values available in the 'Delete From Period' List of Values (LOV)?
