Service Request External Flex DFF Is Not Visible In iSupport (Doc ID 272398.1)

Symptoms

After setup Service Request External Flex flexfield, the flexfield displays in Service Request form correctly and items are able to be added and edited.


However in iSupport they do not display correctly (at all) and are unable to be created/edited.

Navigation Path
Responsibility: System Administrator
Navigate: Application -> Flexfield ->Descriptive -> Segments
