Symptoms


When attempting to update user in security->user->define form of EBS  the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-20001: Insufficient access. (USER_NAME=<user_name>)
  ORA-31202: DBMS_LDAP: LDAP client/server error: Insufficient access
