ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are not able to select project details in the Edit submit page for the Inventory lines in iProcurement
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to select the project details in Edit submit page
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement
2. Add a catalog inventory item to cart and check out
3. Navigate to Edit and Submit Requisition page
4. Select the project field and click on the LOV and select a project.
5. Once selected and get back to the project field and see that it is present.
