Symptoms

When running the PAPAYIMP: PRC: Process Payroll Actuals process, the payroll cost which maps to Labor expenditures items (ST and OT), are not being distributed.

The process is creating Miscellaneous transactions where defined, however the labor is not being-distributed for any employees although they have costed details in the
PAY_COSTING_PROJECTS_V.
