Transactions have been created before implementation of the E-Invoice feature or Transactions have been created with improper E-Invoice setups.
IRN details are missing for these transactions.

These transaction with missing IRN details need to be made E-Invoice compliant.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create AR Transactions and attach GST taxes in India Tax Details.
2. Complete the AR Transactions without implementing E-Invoice feature or incomplete E-Invoice setups.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot make transaction E-Invoice compliant.
