Knockout result is not displaying to Evaluator while scoring.
Each question shows the Maximum Score but not the Knockout Score

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Display of Knock Out Result while given Score that will allow the user to know the critically of component, for proper decision.

Steps:

1. Go to Sourcing Super User > Negotiations
2. Open a RFQ
3. Actions = Enter scores
4. See: Enter Scores By Quote (RFQ XXXX)

The requirement is the display of knock out result to the evaluator while he is given score that will allow them to know the criticality of component and with that they will take proper decision.
