Not Able To Add Or Update Discount Line To The Offer In Trade Management (Doc ID 2727671.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Offers

Not able to add or update discount line to the offer in Trade Management where the offer / modifier was created in Advanced Pricing.

1) Created Off Invoice Offer with few Item categories.
2) Added ALL ITEMS to the Offer with Modifier Type as Surcharge.
3) Tried to add another discount line to the offer via UI but encountered the below error.

10. You cannot change the Modifier Type.

4) We are able to add discount line to the Offer via Advanced Pricing Modifier but not able to add it from the UI.
