When running PRC: Transaction Import for transactions from Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) the following error is encountered:

MSG-20002: ORA-20002: pre_import:ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PA_TRX_IMPORT", line 10548

This is only happening for one org_id.
