While Creating BPA Release for an Outside Processing Item - Cannot Pick a Specific WIP Job in the List of Values (Doc ID 2729761.1)

Symptoms

While entering a release for a specific item, and attempting to tie the item to a WIP job - the list of values will not show the WIP Job.

The WIP job is released and active.

STEPS TO REPLICATE

1. Create a release for an item and enter the line/shipment details on the first form
2. Move to the distribution section - click on Distributions button
3. Click on the "Outside Services" button
4. Attempt to pick a WIP job from the list of values

Job will not validate against LOV - Job is valid and released
