Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Transaction Entry

When attempting to update existing service line and change service_ref_type_code by Process Order API
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_LINE_UTIL", line 11681
ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Order_PVT Procedure Lines

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run process order API to update existing service line and change service_ref_type_code
