Symptoms

When building gross area expands, and need to allocate extra space to offices below error occurs.

ERROR

APP-PN-49569: The total rentable area cannot be grater than the gross area.Please enter a rentable area amount that is less than the gross area amount.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Log into PN responsibility
2.Create Building B1 gross area 10,  from 01-APR-2001, Floor F01, Office O01  Rentable/Usable/Assignable 9 - from 01-APR-2001;
3.Create New version of building by change gross area to 15, From 14-May-2019;
4.Add a new office O2, Rentable/Usable/Assignable 3, from 14-May-2019
5.At 14-May-2019 the building with gross area is 15 and rentable (from offices) 12.
6.Changed the SFT (Rentable/Usable/Assignable) to 1  to  initial office 01 -> Update with 01-SEP-19
Received error:APP-PN-49569: The total rentable area cannot be grater than the gross area.Please enter a rentable area amount that is less than the gross area amount.
