Exception in CONCURRENT_HISTORY : -1422:ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows
 
STEPS
-----------------------

1. Logged to EBS
2. Navigate R) Mobile Field Service Administrator -> Concurrent -> JTM Master Concurrent Program -> Parameter: Transaction
3. Program error out.
