Symptoms

Same TAS and FUND will be used across the multiple OUs (agencies). Oracle G-Invoicing solution is failing while pulling the Requesting Agency Funding information (TAS/BETC)
as it was expecting TAS and Fund to be unique for a given Agency or OU
