User is Unable to Access "Account Details" Form in Receivables.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
One particular user is not able to access "Account Details" form from a specific Receivables Responsibility. The issue is faced only by one particular user while other users do not have this issue.
When the user opens the Account Details form, the fields on the form are all jumbled and the form hangs.
