ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to add different customer as Ship to Customer for project.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to add different customer as Ship to Customer for project.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Project responsibility.
2. Open Project form
3. Query project number and go to Options > Customer and Contacts
4. Add Customer in that form.
5. Try to add another customer for Ship to Customer.
