Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When running "Load HCM Cloud Data for Payroll Integration", the following error occurs

ORA-20001: System Error: Procedure at Step 40
Cause: The procedure has created an error at Step 40.
Action: Contact your system administrator quoting the procedure and Step 40.

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login application and select the responsibility your HCM Cloud Integration Administrator

  2.  Run the concurrent program "Load HCM Cloud Data for Payroll Integration"
     
  3.  Above error occurs
