HK: Error "PAY_34162_FRR_INVALID_UOM" on File "pehkfrr.ldt" during hrglobal.drv (Doc ID 2733080.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When running hrglobal.drv , following error appears on the file pehkfrr.ldt

Error loading seed data for PAY_FORMULA_RESULT_RULES_F: ELEMENT_NAME = MPF Information, ASSIGNMENT_STATUS_TYPE = , BUSINESS_GROUP_NAME = , LEGISLATION_CODE = HK, EFFECTIVE_START_DATE = 0001/01/01, EFFECTIVE_END_DATE = 4712/12/31, PROCESSING_RULE = P, SPR_ELEMENT_NAME = MPF Information, SPR_ASSIGNMENT_STATUS_TYPE = , BUSINESS_GROUP_NAME = , LEGISLATION_CODE = HK, EFFECTIVE_START_DATE = 0001/01/01, EFFECTIVE_END_DATE = 4712/12/31, SPR_PROCESSING_RULE = P, RESULT_NAME = L_CURR_START_DATE, ELEMENT_NAME = MPF Withheld, INPUT_NAME = Period Start Date, ORA-20001: PAY_34162_FRR_INVALID_UOM:

 

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Upgrade 12.2.9 from 12.1.3

  2.  DataInstall for General and HK Human Resource and then run hrglobal.drv
     
  3.  Got above error on the file "pehkfrr.ldt"
