Symptoms

Problem Statement:

WHO Columns are not updated when updating HRMS records.

e.g.
PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F
PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_F

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Update person record.
  2.  WHO Columns (LAST_UPDATE_DATE and LAST_UPDATED_BY) are not updated.
