On : 12.1.3 version, Appraisals
When attempting to search for new main appraiser/When trying to update main appraiser receive the following error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Performance Management
2. Click on Mass Change Main Appraiser > Enter Criteria
3. Getting above mentioned after click on 'Go'
