WSHFSTRX : How to progress a delivery beyond confirmed and order line with 'awaiting shipping' (Doc ID 273466.1)

Goal

The user has already ship confirmed the Delivery for a particular sales order line.

The delivery status has become "Confirmed" and the sales order line is "Awaiting Shipping".
The trip stops have not yet closed.  The Shipping Transactions form,  Path by Stop tab, will show that the trip stops are still open.

How to progress the sales order line to completion from here is the issue we handle in this Article.
