Tax Rate Code Cannot Update by Changing Tax Classification Code After Upgrading to R12 (Doc ID 2735066.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

After upgrading from R11i to R12, Tax rate code cannot update by changing tax classification code.
This issue occurs on migrated records only. Newly created records on R12 works fine.

Expected Behavior

Tax rate code of migrated records should be changed same as newly created records on R12

 

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Open PO which is migrated records from R11i
  2.  Actions>Manage TAX>Additional TAX information
  3.  Change the TAX classification code
  4.  Save
