Query On The "Otm:" Prefix That Is Appearing From OTM 6.4.3 Transmissions Retrieved From OTM

Goal
Need to know why there is a difference in the XML between 6.3 & 6.4.3 releases
In 6.4.3 xml, we see prefix of "otm:" for each of the element when transmission manager is used to pull the xml inbound transmissions
This prefix does not exist in 6.3 release.
Is this as designed?
