Symptoms
After upgrading from R12.1 to R12.2.9, Online PDF Payslip is displaying duplicate hours information.
Querying the Pay_Action_Information table, there are duplicate entries present in this table which are referred by the payslip report; hence the output contains duplicate rows.
STEPS
1. Upgrade from 12.1 to 12.2
2. Run quickpay, prepayments, BACS ad Payslip Archiver
3. Open the self service payslip and note that the hours are duplicated
