Symptoms

On : 12.2.9 version, Auction/RFx creation

When attempting to publish one RFQ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.DMLException: JBO-26041: Failed to post data to database during "Rollback to Savepoint": SQL
Statement "null".
