ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users facing performance issue while uploading the template, it takes 4 minutes to upload for all users
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to upload a template
2. Template with many columns or even with one column
3. It takes 4 minutes or more to upload
