After Implementing Tls Login Screen Error OpenSSL: error:1408A0C1:SSL routines:ssl3_get_client_hello:no shared cipher (Doc ID 2736765.1)

Symptoms

IN EBS 12.1.3 Environment,

ACTUAL Behavior
-------------------------
After following the tls implemntation guide for ebs r12 - Enabling TLS in Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 (Doc ID 376700.1) - the login screen doesnt appear

This page can’t be displayed

Turn on TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://[server.domain:ssl_port] again

 

The following error is also seen:

Error from apache log files is:
[28/Aug/2020 16:39:10 08273] [error] OpenSSL: error:1408A0C1:SSL routines:ssl3_get_client_hello:no shared cipher [Hint: Too restrictive SSLCipherSuite or using DSA server certificate?]
[28/Aug/2020 16:39:10 08275] [error] SSL handshake failed (server [server.domain:ssl_port], client [ip address]) (OpenSSL library error follows)
[28/Aug/2020 16:39:10 08275] [error] OpenSSL: error:1408A0C1:SSL routines:ssl3_get_client_hello:no shared cipher [Hint: Too restrictive SSLCipherSuite or using DSA server certificate?]

EXPECTED Behavior

Should be able to login to EBS without errors after implementing TLS

Steps to reproduce

Issue can be reproduced by doing the following:

Follow Note 376700.1 to enable TLS

The impact to the customer is:
cant enable TLS
