Symptoms

On : 12.2 version, Billing Reporting

MGT: Unbilled Receivables Aging  report is completing in error when running without parameters.

Running the process with specific project ( or project manager or organization)

ERROR
-----------------------
The MGT: Unbilled Receivables Aging report log files shows the below error messages:
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
REP-1419: 'beforereport': PL/SQL program aborted.
