WebADI Physical Inventory Worksheet Doesn't Save Location and/or Category When Value is in the Header. (Doc ID 2737710.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 08, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Assets - Version 12.2.9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When using WebADI Physical Inventory Worksheet, the Location and/or Category are not shown on the Worksheet after selecting a valid value from the LOV. The values do not show on the Physical Inventory > Enter form either.

Issue occurs if using Layouts where the Location and/or Category is in the Header such as 'Physical Inventory - Tag number entry' and 'Physical Inventory - Single Location.'  Not an issue if the layout has Location/Category on each row, in which case it is displayed in the Worksheet as well as Physical Inventory > Enter form.
