How To Set Current Org Context-Sensitive For PO Line/Location/Distribution DFF in MOAC responsibility?

Background:

We setup PO Distribution DFF with Reference field as $PROFILES$.CURRENT_ORG_CONTEXT

In case MO: Default Operating Unit set, then this one OU DFF gets shown always, and PO form selected OU DFF not shown in MOAC Responsibility.
