EBS Period Close Process Analyzer Report Shows 'GL Period is Open' Under the Project Accounting Tile when the GL Period is Actually Closed in GL. (Doc ID 2738998.1)

When running the EBS Period Close Process Analyzer Report (EBS Period Close Process Analyzer (Doc ID 2468739.1)), under the Project Accounting tile on the home page, the GL period can show as 'Open' but the PA Period shows as 'Closed'.  The following statement maybe shown:

'GL Period is Open'

Yet when the GL period associated with the PA calendar is checked in GL, the GL period is NOT open.  Thus the GL period for application PA and the PA periods are not in synch.
